Activity iiucloleacetic acid oxidase in pea seedlings (Pisum sativum L. cv. San
Cipriano) treated previously with gihberellic acid at light and in darkness.
The purpose of this work was to determine the incidence of gibberaíláíc acid
(G. A.) and light on the activity of the indoleacetic acid oxidase from extracts
of pea’s epycotilis (Pisum sativum L. cv. San Cipriano) . The greatest enzimatic
activity was observed in tests earned out at light, and among these, in those
With C. A.-treatment. In tests earned out in darkness it was ailso observed that
the greatest activity was in those with the G. A.-treatment.
